The Hotel Drago’s restaurant is also open to non-guests; the menu features traditional Trentino dishes and home-style cooking incorporating Italian flavours.
Each season brings unique flavours to the table, from mushrooms, truffles and pumpkin to polenta, dumplings, tortel di patate (potato cake) and game.
A profusion of flavours to delight in at lunch and dinner time, accompanied by local wines such as Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Merlot and the sublime Teroldego, or even Spumante, and to round it all off a wide selection of Grappas.
The restaurant is air conditioned in summer and has access to the garden.
It’s also easy to get there as the motorway (A22), the main line railway, the Trento – Malé branch line, main roads and cycle path are all close by.
