Trentino potato cake

Grate the potatoes then add the flour, salt and pepper and mix.
Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and using a large spoon spread the mixture into the hot pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
Serve with Trentino cold cuts (Mortandela, lucanica, speck) and cheeses, carne salada (salt beef), borlotti beans and white cabbage salad.
