The company was founded in 2006 thanks to Silvano's idea to enhance the ideas and art that has been part of the Clementi family for generations. On the imprint of his father Renzo, Silvano recovered the family plots with the idea of transforming the fruits of the earth.
In 2012, when vineyards and apple orchards are now in equilibrium, the transformation of the various crops into finished products began. Since the planting of the new vineyards and orchards, the company's philosophy has been to move away from dependence on the secondary sector, aiming at a more careful agriculture to safeguard the environment and the territory, which translates into organic farming.
To date, all vineyards and orchards are certified organic ICEA (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification). During 2014, the company committed to the restoration of a production area east of Pressano, once cultivated with vines but abandoned since the 1920s. The plots have been restored preserving the old terraces and pre-existing dry stone walls and at the same time enhancing an autochthonous vine of Pressano, the Nosiola.
