Rotaliana

Our winery is a wine-cooperative with more than 80 years of history. We bring together the expertise and know-how of five generations of winegrowers, who are passionate about farming wine grapes in Trentino, in the heart of the Piana Rotaliana and other finest vineyard areas of our region.
Cantina Rotaliana is located in Mezzolombardo, at the foot of the breathtaking Dolomites, near the renown Garda Lake and the city of Trento.
Our mission is the production of top-quality wines, the result of a successful combination of innovation, tradition and environmental awareness.

OUR WINES
Cantina Rotaliana is the home of the Teroldego, a very special grape growing up throughout the Crus of Mezzolombardo.
The Teroldego grape is the mother of very versatile wines, from the more fresh (like our Red Label Teroldego) to the more complex and structured ones, intense and deep ruby red (like our Superiore Riserva and Clesurae wines).
Besides Teroldego, the winery collects other red grapes, Lagrein, Merlot and Cabernet, that have found their ideal habitat in the Campo Rotaliano.
In the municipalities of S. Michele all’Adige (to the East), Nave San Rocco, Zambana and Lavis (to the South) are cultivated white grapes such as Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay, that give fresh and crisp wines.
The winery also produces, using the champenoise method, sparkling wines, that express the great sparkling wine vocation of the Trentino area. R Trentodoc wines are obtained from grapes cultivated in high hills and mountain vineyards, where the altitude ensures the grapes perfect growing conditions for the creation of ideal bases for the sparkling wine.
