La Cacciatora

La Cacciatora restaurant is located in the heart of the Piana Rotaliana, nestled among the rows of vines and surrounded by the Dolomites.

Since 1850 it has been welcoming guests by offering traditional cuisine, with typical dishes of Trentino cuisine, game, and the famous boiled food cart. But today besides this, there is no shortage of fish dishes and more contemporary proposals, with a vast menu able to satisfy the most diverse tastes. The ‘home made’ philosophy accompanies every product, from fresh pasta, to cured meats and smoked salmon in the stube, to homemade desserts.
