The Zanini Luigi estate is a small Trentino family business. Their unique way of bringing together past and present in their wines invites exploration and experimentation.
Guests will learn about the history of Teroldego Rotaliano, which goes back as far as 1480, and visit the winery to discover the processes that turn grapes into wine.
The visit focusses on the importance of the 5 key elements in the estate’s wine production - water, steel, wood, cement and glass – explained by Oscar and illustrated by tastings on the way of 4 glasses of wine associated with the various production techniques.
The highlight of the experience is crawling inside a real wine vat to discover its secrets, such as the submerged cap technique.
At the end of the tour guests are given the opportunity to personalise their own bottle of wine to take home as a souvenir of the experience.
